Each Gold Ordon piece is carefully handcrafted in Indonesia by our skilled artisans. Producing in small, considered quantities allows us to maintain exceptional quality while offering custom and wholesale capabilities.

As each piece is handmade, we kindly ask for your patience while your order is prepared and dispatched with the utmost care.

All international orders are shipped via trusted express courier services from Indonesia to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

5–7 business days (excluding production time and customs processing).
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers in the UK, EU, Canada and other applicable regions:

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled or collected by Gold Ordon.

Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for your parcel to be released for delivery.

We are not liable for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country’s import regulations.
