What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. This is why we encourage recording an unboxing video for a return/exchange. Prompt communication is highly recommended.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on reduced items & custom orders. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is on route, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location though most of our express shipments take 5 - 7 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our 80% of our production is based in Indonesia while the remaining is in Australia. We consciously manage our manufacturing partners to ensure our products & standards are high quality & ethically produced.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location & the items in your order. We send our orders express because we know how eager you are to receive them. You will see the shipping price at checkout.
